Bobbie is known as the "Active Adult Resource" in the Coachella Valley! Famous for her extensive knowledge of the active adult communities and other country clubs providing activities for the active adult resident in the desert!

Bobbie participated as the Marketing Director and Broker of her first active adult community in the mid 1980's in the City of Hemet. In 1992 she was sought out by the Del Webb Corporation to be a Broker at its premier community "Sun City Palm Desert". As the overall top sales associate for the community for 8 years, Bobbie had the opportunity to expand her expertise in understanding the needs of the "Active Adult" as to home plans, activities, cultural interests and social and financial concerns of this expansive speciality market.

Bobbie used this fabulous background to be the basis of her founding of Williams & Gaddy Properties,Inc.an independent real estate brokerage specializing in the desert's active adult communities. After 7 successful years of owning and managing the brokerage Bobbie has chosen to associate with the larger Prudential California Realty network to provide additional resources for all of her clients!

Bobbie is sought out by sellers, buyers and other real estate professionals for her knowledge of the Active Adult market! She has been pleased to provide the benefits of that knowledge to others!
